About The Project
The Comprehensive Housing Study and Supporting Infrastructure Assessment for Cavalier County was a forward-thinking initiative to address critical challenges in workforce housing and infrastructure. The study, led by Burian & Associates and supported by Praxis Strategy Group, involved a multi-faceted approach, including comprehensive data collection, stakeholder engagement, and in-depth analysis of housing supply, demand, and conditions. It also examined the infrastructure needs required to support both current and future housing developments. These efforts resulted in a roadmap tailored to Cavalier County’s unique challenges and opportunities.
This project lays the foundation for Cavalier County to foster vibrant communities, ensuring housing and infrastructure are equipped to support economic growth and meet the evolving needs of its residents.
